Run Reports on College Applications

In Xello, students research the schools they're interested in, build a plan, and then track the action items, deadlines and application progress for each institution they're applying to.

In your Educator Account, run a report to see which institutions your students are creating application trackers for. Use this information to help inform visits with college representatives, create student groups or send messages based on the schools students are applying to.

To run a report on college applications by institution:

  1. From your Educator Account, click Reports and select Student Work.
  2. Scroll towards the bottom to find College Applications.
  3. Click View Report.
Tip: To quickly narrow the data on the list, from the top right of the list, click Filters. To add or remove table columns, or to export the table to a spreadsheet or .csv file, click Data & Export.
