Lapse in Renewal

What happens if I do not respond to the renewal notifications?
If we don't receive a response to the renewal notification emails by the end of the subscription period, access to Xello will be suspended.

What happens to my data if I don’t renew my subscription?
Xello will retain your information for a period of 90 days after your subscription expires. If you decide to renew your contract within this 90 day period, your account and all related information will be restored. At the end of the 90 days, all of your information will be permanently deleted. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
