Understand the Completion Standards report

The first Completion Standards report page is where you can get an immediate overview of how tasks are progressing across different grade levels. You'll see a list of all assigned tasks, and for each task, you can quickly spot the completion percentage for that task. This helps you identify at a glance where students might be excelling or where they might need a little extra support.

This Completion by task table includes Xello's built-in activities, as well as any custom tasks or lessons created, and can include optional tasks.

Each column across the top represents a grade level, plus an All column for an overall percentage across the grades shown. Percentages indicate the completion rate for a task within that grade. A green checkmark means 100% of students in that grade have completed the task. A dash means the task is not assigned to that grade. All of the percentages and checkmarks can be clicked to open that report in a new window or a fly-out panel.
