Xello launch toolkit

Welcome to your Xello launch toolkit! This toolkit contains activities, resources, and step-by-step instructions for launching Xello in your district.

You’ll need to make sure you have completed the following items before you use this toolkit:

• Have a preliminary understanding of Xello
• Complete the introductory courses in Xello Academy for Xello 6-12, and Xello Academy for Xello K-5
• Work with your success manager to create your Success plan
• Determine your Xello lesson sequence

This kit is divided into three parts:

• Part 1: Educator needs assessment
• Part 2: College and career readiness timeline
• Part 3: Xello rollout plan

Once you’ve completed this kit, you will have an actionable plan that will enable you to successfully launch Xello in a way that addresses the needs of students, educators, and administrators.
