2 minutesXello is working with Clever to securely meet your school or district's unique data integration needs.
From your account in Clever, you'll add the Xello Roster app. This app will allow Xello to import student, staff, parent/guardian, and student roster data from Clever, and configure the Clever SSO for students and teachers.
To set up Clever integration:
- Your Onboarding Manager will send an email invite to connect via Clever. Click Accept Your Invitation to open the invite in Clever.
- From the Clever invite, click Accept.
- Click Begin setup.
- On the Set sharing page, add the schools you'll be integrating with Xello.
Note: After your kickoff call with your Onboarding Manager, you will have received an email that includes this list of schools.
Post-Setup
- The data transfer is scheduled to run overnight. Be sure to allow 24 hours before you test a student's Clever SSO login.
- For Clever SSO, we authenticate using student emails. Ensure student emails are also in Clever.
