Create School Data Files

Before you begin, for a reminder on the file structure notes and automating subsequent exports, check out Build Data Export Files new tab

Build the school data files by following the format indicated below.

School (.txt or .csv)

This file identifies all the schools in the district.

Column Name Type Description
SchoolCode char(15) Unique to district.
Name char(250) Full school name.
SchoolType Int 1 for secondary or high school
2 for elementary or middle school
3 for other
