View the lesson sequence

Xello provides a recommended year for each lesson based on the topic area and the complexity of the content. Administrators at your local authority can modify the recommended years based on the local authority's goals and objectives.

noteNote: Only those with administrator access can create or make these changes. To learn more about educator access and permissions, read the article on Educator permissions.

You can see which lessons are available in each year for your students in the Lessons section of your educator account in Xello.

To view the lesson sequence:

  1. From your educator account, click Features and select Lessons.

    • View which lessons are marked Core and will be given prominence on the student's dashboard.
    • Check out the lessons that have been assigned to multiple year levels.
    • Lessons marked Inactive have been deactivated and are not visible to students.
  2. Click on a lesson to see details, such as learning objectives and estimated time to complete the activities in each lesson.
