Create Student to Educator Data Files

Before you begin, for a reminder on the file structure notes and automating subsequent exports, check out Build Data Export Files

Build the student to educator data files by following the format indicated below.

EducatorStudent (.txt or.csv)

This file identifies the Student to Educator assignments.

Note: The Educator Data File must be integrated first. The EducatorStudent relationships are reliant on the Educator data file integration.

Column Name	Type	Description
EducatorEmail	char(250)	Email address for the Educator.
StudentId	char(15)	The unique Student Id for the student.
