When viewing the list of student hours, you can filter and sort the following ways:

• Use the search bar to narrow the list to show one student or a specific submission.
• Filter the table by clicking Filters to narrow the list.

To view and export student hours:

1. From your educator account, click Features and select Work-based learning.

2. Next to Student hours, click Explore. This will open a table listing all student submissions, organized by opportunity.

3. To narrow the list, click Filter.
4. Select between a variety of filtering options, including: 
   • Grade
   • Type
   • Company
   • Supervisor verification status. These include:
     • Request sent
     • Verified
     • Declined
   • Dates worked
   • Whether it's been reviewed

5. Use the search bar to narrow down the list of requests to one student or opportunity.
6. On the Student hours page, click the Export dropdown and select either Excel or CSV to export the data in the table. If you applied filters, those filters will be applied to the exported data as well.
