Data Integration with Infinite Campus

Xello securely exchanges data with Student Information Systems (SIS) through data integration. It's required to create student accounts in the program, and automatically takes care of tasks like deactivating, transferring, and updating student accounts, as long as the information in the SIS is kept up to date.

Infinite Campus can integrate with Xello through automated exports via SFTP. The import functionality is a user interface within Infinite Campus that imports course requests and creates a log file of results with any errors encountered. The cost is $500 per year per district, billed directly from Infinite Campus. To set this up:

  1. Submit a support case to Infinite Campus from their Support Page new tab with "Xello Data Import/Export” in the subject line.
  2. In the support case, include “Xello data exchange, route to custom development.”
  3. Once the support request has been received, Infinite Campus will install the module and link it to Xello SFTP servers.
  4. Your Onboarding Manager will provide you with the SFTP access information that can be shared with Infinite Campus to finalize the setup. View Xello Extract Instructionsnew tab and Xello Import Instructionsnew tab.
