What happens if I do not respond to the renewal notifications?
If we don't receive a response to the renewal notification emails by the end of the subscription period, access to Xello will be suspended.
What happens to my data if I don’t renew my subscription?
Xello will retain your information for a period of 90 days after your subscription expires. If you decide to renew your contract within this 90 day period, your account and all related information will be restored. At the end of the 90 days, all of your information will be permanently deleted.
Cancel Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, please contact your Success Manager or email help@cascaid.co.uk within 30 days of the end of the subscription period (expiry date).
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
We cannot issue a refund once payment has been received. In some cases, a credit can be applied to your account. Please contact your Success Manager, email help@cascaid.co.uk, or call +44 (0)1509 381070 if you need additional information on refunds.
