When it comes to helping students with Work-based learning, managing documentation such as templates, forms, and safety lists is an important factor. However, managing all these documents across multiple schools and districts can quickly become a logistical hurdle.

Consider the WBL Document center a centralized hub for resource management, ensuring that every coordinator and administrator has the exact tools they need at their fingertips.

noteNote: This is for educators who are assigned the role of WBL Administrator or WBL Coordinator. To learn more about WBL permissions, check out Work-based learning roles.

Sharing hierarchy

To maintain a clean and organized library, the Document center uses a hierarchical sharing model, shared downwards from umbrella network, to district, to school. This ensures that high-level guidance flows down to everyone who needs it, while localized documents stay where they are most relevant.

Contributor level Who can view the document
Added at the umbrella network level WBL admin and coordinators at all child networks, and all districts and schools within those networks.
Added at the local WBL network level WBL admin and coordinators at all districts and schools within that specific local WBL network.
Added at the district level WBL admin and coordinators at all the schools within the district.
Added at the school level WBL admin and coordinators at that school and shared with parent district(s)
