Bulk send transcripts

Don’t worry if you have dozens, or even hundreds of transcripts requested to be sent. Xello can help you get all requested transcripts sent at once.

To bulk send transcripts:

  1. From your educator account, click Features and select College Planning.

    • Or, from your dashboard, click the College Planning card.
  2. Next to Transcripts, click the number above Ready to send to open the list of requests ready to send.

  3. From above the student list, click Filters to open all the filter options for this list.

  4. From the filter options, select In-network and click Apply.

    • This filters the student list by those who have transcripts In-network.
  5. From the bottom of the screen, click Send All.

    • A feedback bar at the top of the screen will confirm your bulk send.
FYIFYI: Transcript requests are labeled as either in-network or out-of-network. Not all institutions are set up on their end to receive transcripts digitally from the National Student Clearinghouse, these are listed as out-of-network. Institutions that are set up on their end to receive transcripts digitally are labeled as in-network.
