Send a transcript in-network

Once a student has requested a transcript be sent, from your educator account, send the transcript directly to the school of their choice if it's in-network.

FYIFYI: Transcript requests are labeled as either in-network or out-of-network. Not all institutions are set up on their end to receive transcripts digitally from the National Student Clearinghouse, these are listed as out-of-network. Institutions that are set up on their end to receive transcripts digitally are labeled as in-network.

To send a student’s requested transcript to an institution that is in-network:

  1. From your educator account, click Features and select College Planning.

    • Or, from your dashboard, click the College Planning card.
  2. Next to Transcripts, click the number above Ready to send to open the list of requests ready to send.

  3. Browse or use the search bar directly above the student list to locate the student whose transcript you wish to send.

  4. From the far right of the student name, click the three dot icon and select Send to institution.

    • To view the transcript before sending it, click View transcript.
    • A feedback bar at the top of the screen confirms the transcript has been sent.
